1. Online Courses & Digital Programs (Self-Paced)

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all self-paced digital courses purchased through TheDJCoach.com.

To qualify for a refund:

You must submit your request in writing within 7 days of purchase

You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content

You must include your reason for the refund so we can continue improving

Send your refund request to [email protected] and allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Note: Refunds are not available beyond the 7-day window or if the course is more than 25% completed.

2. Live Coaching Programs, Group Trainings & Certifications

We understand that committing to live programs requires clarity and alignment. That’s why we offer a 100% refund if you decide to withdraw within the first 7 days of the program start date — no questions asked.

After the first 7 days, no refunds will be granted, as we reserve your spot, deliver immediate value, and limit the number of participants for a more personalized experience.
