Refund Policy

At The DJ Coach, we are committed to helping aspiring DJs build real skills, confidence, and successful careers through proven training, mentorship, coaching, and community. We stand behind the value of our programs and want every student to succeed using our training systems.

1. Free Trial Period

Some offers from The DJ Coach may include a free trial period for memberships, communities, or promotional access.

During your trial period, you may explore the program with no obligation. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.

If a payment method is collected during registration, you authorize The DJ Coach to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the applicable membership fee at the end of the trial unless canceled before your next billing date.


2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible first-time purchases of self-paced courses, digital programs, or live training programs are covered by our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date or program start date, whichever applies.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

- Submit your refund request in writing within 7 calendar days

- Be a first-time purchaser of that program

- Have completed no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content for self-paced programs

- Have completed all required onboarding steps, where applicable

- Provide reasonable communication with our support team

After the 7-day guarantee period expires, all sales are final.

We do not issue refunds based on:

- Change of mind

- Lack of time to participate

- Failure to attend coaching sessions

- Failure to complete assignments

- Failure to engage with provided materials

- Personal scheduling conflicts

- Failure to implement the training


3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Memberships, communities, coaching subscriptions, and recurring programs automatically renew monthly or annually based on the plan selected during checkout.

You may cancel at any time through your member portal.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not provide refunds for:

- Partial billing periods

- Unused membership time

- Forgotten cancellations

- Inactive accounts

- Missed coaching calls or live sessions


4. Live Coaching, Certification Programs & Done-With-You Services

Programs including live coaching, group mentorship, certification programs, accountability coaching, consultations, and limited-capacity training programs, including the Certified Pro DJ Program, reserve coaching resources, staff time, and program capacity immediately upon enrollment.

For these programs:

- Refund requests made within the applicable 7-day guarantee period will be honored if eligibility requirements are met

- After the guarantee period, all payments are non-refundable

- Missed coaching calls, live sessions, or consultations may be rescheduled when possible

- No-shows without prior notice are considered completed sessions

If a payment plan is selected, you are committing to the full program investment, not individual installments. Failure to participate does not cancel your payment obligation.


5. Digital Products

Templates, downloadable resources, recordings, workshops, bonus materials, and digital training content are considered digital products and are non-refundable after the applicable 7-day guarantee period due to the nature of immediate digital delivery.

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within the guarantee period.


6. Chargeback Policy

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of this service agreement.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team first, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

- Suspension of account access

- Removal from active programs or communities

- Revocation of course access

- Collection activity for outstanding balances where permitted by law
